Built Around the Way Real People Move
Atletika started with a simple observation: most conditioning resources are aimed at competitive athletes, not the people who just want to play football on Saturdays and feel good doing it.
← Back to HomeConditioning Education Without the Pressure
Atletika was founded in Cyberjaya, Selangor by a group of movement educators and recreational sports enthusiasts who noticed a gap in what was available locally. Most sessions at the time were built for people already committed to high performance — leaving casual joggers, weekend badminton players, and parents who squeeze in a run after school drop-off without much useful guidance.
We set out to change that. Our approach centres on practical, jargon-free conditioning education that fits around real life. We don't measure success by how fast someone runs or how much they lift. We look at whether someone feels more capable and comfortable doing the activities they already enjoy — and whether that carries through to the following weekend.
Sessions at Atletika are kept small on purpose. We find that a relaxed, small-group environment makes it easier for people to ask questions, go at their own pace, and actually use what they learn. Nobody feels watched or compared. It's more like a friendly coaching circle than a structured class.
Since opening our doors in Persiaran Multimedia 9, we've worked with office professionals from Putrajaya, university students from Cyberjaya, and active families from Puchong and beyond. What connects them isn't a shared fitness level — it's a shared interest in staying active and enjoying it more.
Our programming runs across three formats — a single-day workshop, a ten-week coaching block, and an ongoing membership — so people can start wherever makes sense and move forward at a pace that works for them. We update our session content seasonally to keep things relevant and varied, and every participant leaves with practical notes they can use independently.
The People Behind the Sessions
Zulaikha Ahmad

Zulaikha brings over a decade of recreational sports background to every session. She designed Atletika's workshop format and has a knack for making conditioning feel less daunting and more enjoyable.
Fariz Rahman
Movement Education Facilitator
Fariz specialises in adapting conditioning habits to specific weekend activities — from casual football to hiking. He leads the ten-week coaching blocks and brings a calm, encouraging approach to each group.
Nisha Lim
Community & Membership Coordinator
Nisha keeps the membership community running smoothly, handles seasonal planning, and makes sure every participant knows what's coming up and how to get the most from their time at Atletika.
Our Standards and Approach
The values behind how sessions are designed, delivered, and supported.
Participant Safety First
Every session format is reviewed to make sure it's appropriate for recreational participants — not pushing intensity beyond what's comfortable or sensible.
Planned, Not Improvised
Each session follows a prepared structure. Participants receive clear explanations of what's happening and why, so nothing feels random or rushed.
Contextual Adaptation
Coaching blocks are shaped around each participant's chosen activities and current comfort level — not a fixed, one-size programme.
Privacy & Data Care
Participant information is handled carefully and never shared with third parties for marketing. We hold only what's needed to coordinate sessions and respond to enquiries.
Seasonal Content Updates
Session content and the membership library are reviewed and refreshed each season, keeping material relevant to what participants are doing at that time of year.
Open Feedback Culture
Participants are encouraged to share what's working and what isn't. We use that input to adjust content and format over time.
Recreational Conditioning Education in Cyberjaya
Atletika operates from Persiaran Multimedia 9 in Cyberjaya, Selangor — a central location that draws participants from across the Klang Valley, including Putrajaya, Puchong, Sepang, and Kajang. Our focus is on recreational athletic conditioning: the habits, awareness, and practical routines that help everyday active people feel better in the activities they already enjoy.
Our three programme formats span a range of time commitments. The Weekend Athlete Workshop suits people who want a quick, practical introduction without a longer commitment. The Recreational Conditioning Coaching block is for those ready to work on their habits over ten weeks, with the flexibility to shape content around their preferred activities. The Year-Round Conditioning Membership is designed for people who want a steady, ongoing resource — with group sessions, seasonal planning input, and access to a growing library of recreational conditioning practices.
All sessions are led in English and are open to adult participants of any recreational activity background. We work with people who jog on weekends, play badminton at the local community centre, cycle around Putrajaya, hike at nearby trails, or simply want to move with a bit more ease and confidence in daily life. No prior conditioning knowledge is expected or required.
